Start with a small service
This was the time when we started our company. We had no idea how far we would go, we weren’t even sure that we would be able to survive for a few years. What drove us to start the company was the understanding that we could provide a service no one else was providing.

First employees
This was the first period when Consulting WP actually felt like it would stick around for a while. We realized we were growing more stable and expanding at the same time. We needed a new office as we had severely outgrown the last one. We started scouting for a new location.

First recognition
By this time we were a well known name within the industry. We had been prominent members of the industry for more than 16 years and worked for some of the biggest clients in the industry; we weren’t dismissed by anyone because we could not be dismissed by anyone.

Company overview
PRATYAY FINSOL LLP is founded by Kannan Santhanam and Suresh Naraparaju, seasoned bankers with experience of over 30 years in the financial services sector.
The objective of this LLP is to facilitate all services in the financial sector under one roof – services include project and business loans from banks and financial institutions, facilitating project viability and feasibility studies, preparation of project reports, evolving turnaround strategy and support, solutions to accounts in stress, IPO advisory, investments and assistance in Central Government subsidy schemes.
India, being a rapidly developing country, aiming for third largest economy globally, is witnessing massive growth in industries, more specifically manufacturing, commercial real estate, infrastructure, alternative energy solutions viz. solar energy projects, hydrogen power projects etc. Added to these, are the thrust areas covering technology, defence, tourism and so on.
Having served in financial sector for over three decades, the promoters have complete grip on the financial needs of the various segments in the market, more specifically in SME both manufacturing as well as services, infrastructure and real estate sectors.
Pratyay Finsol LLP is associated with a number of major commercial banks, both public as well as private sectors, reputed NBFCs, fund houses etc.
The in-house team of Pratyay Finsol LLP comprise of members who bring along rich experience in financial sector with expertise in facilitating feasibility and viability studies for upcoming projects. Preparation of project reports, enabling financial support/intervention through banks and financial institutions and acting as a catalyst in guiding the entrepreneurs through the various subsidy schemes of the GOI, wherever applicable. The in-house team also extends IPO – both SME as well as main line, and investment services.
Our mission
